Clarification Belgium Mint Deze munt is gemaakt toen de euro officieel voorgesteld werd in de munt aan Mr Reynders Didier minister van financien, ze is aangemaakt met een handpers en diende juist als voorbeeld ( promotiemateriaal), is ook maar geslagen langs een zijde en niet in een muntring maar tussen de twee muntstempels daarom dat deze niet gecentreerd is.
